Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit refund or exchange.

Returns will be issued as a store credit for the original price it was purchased at. The store credit will expire after 6 months. If requesting a return, please contact us at info@yaselegance.com for further instructions on returning.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and original tags.

Several types of items are non-refundable with NO EXCEPTIONS due to hygienic reasons: Leggings, Bandeaus, Bras, Undergarments, Swim Suits, Accessories, Hats and Smells to the clothing.

All shipping cost are non-refundable

When retuning an item we do not provide free returns. We suggest getting a tracking number when shipping a return to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once the order is received please allow 5-7 business days to process. Please include the original packaging slip for processing as well as your email address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit account.

Clearance Items, Final Sale items and items that are 40% or more off are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you need to exchange for the same item of a different size, send us an email at info@yaselegance.com so we can confirm we have the item in our inventory.

Processing Orders

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Fridays. Orders are processed with in 24-48 hours.


Once you're approved for store credit or a exchange, shipping instructions will be sent to you via email. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
